Family Night Supper is a special time for the members of VPC to celebrate and fellowship together. Great food and Christian companionship are one way for our members to relax and unwind after a stressful work day. You and your family are welcome to come any Wednesday evening and take a break from your busy week. The cost is $6 for adults; $4 for children under 12, and children under 2 are free.
Reservations (or cancellations) can be made three ways!
1. Online Reservations- Make your reservation online by going to the calendar page and clicking on “Family Night Supper” on the Wednesday you plan to attend. Click on the “click here to RSVP” and fill in the information!
2. Call the Church Office- 912-537-3500
3. On Sunday-Fill out your family name and number of people coming on the attendance pad in the Sunday Service and place it in the offering plate.
Family Night Supper Guidelines:
· Weekly reservations must be in by noon on Monday.
· If you make a reservation and cannot come, please cancel by noon on Monday.
· Because food was ordered for you, payment is still expected if you do not cancel by the above deadline. (It is realized emergencies may arise which prevent you from attending as planned. Let us know if something comes up.)
· To insure that enough food is available, people arriving without reservations are asked to wait until everyone with reservations has gone through the line.
